All About Fitness

From a very early age, I was crazy about athletics and fitness, always competing in as many athletics meetings and events as I could.

At University I registered for a degree in BA Sport Psychology while continuing to pursue my passion for competitive athletics. During the second year of my studies, I completed a personal training qualification through HFPA (the Health and Fitness Professional Association) and by the time I graduated from University my calling was clear – I wanted to be involved in the Fitness Industry. 

Teaching Play Ball to young children and building my career in health and fitness was my new passion and I was blessed with a wonderful family who supported me all the 


In 2007 I decided to take a sabbatical and travel the world; joining Emirates Airlines as a Flight Attendant.  What an amazing experience – meeting new people and seeing new places!! In 2010, I bid adieu to Emirates and returned to my first love as a personal trainer in Dubai. During this time I continued to broaden my knowledge base with respect to the Fitness Industry and gained my Pilates level 1 certification as well as completed a TRX training course and a rehabilitation course (Rehab Essentials and a masters course in rehab training). 

While this was an extremely tough and busy year, my hard work paid off and at the end of 2010 I was voted Best Personal Trainer in the UAE. 

Over the past 5 years I have continued my studies, completing my trigger point therapy course, Neuromuscular stabilization course, Contrology, Pre and Post Natal, Ankorr course, and more recently, my Crossfit level 1 and level 2 qualifications. I am currently busy with Alternative Medicine which I’m scheduled to complete before the end of the year 2016. 


I love working in the Fitness industry and my passion is to help people reap the rewards of choosing a healthier lifestyle.  God has blessed me in so many ways and I am privileged to share these blessings by using my knowledge and skills to help others reach new personal goals and transform their approach to exercise and nutrition.

There are so many wonderful opportunities to make a difference in people’s lives – and I’m excited about being an instrument of change in the lives of the people that God brings 

across my path.
